**About The Role**:
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join our Vehicle Solutions team on a full-time, permanent basis. As Yard Operative, you will be responsible and accountable for safely parking and retrieving vehicles to assist with the efficiency and flow of the on-site.

The Yard Operative will also be assisting the yard supervisor, ensuring the efficiency and security of the storage process within the Coalville site.

Key responsibilities
- Ensuring the yard is kept clean and organised at all times.
- Safely delivering and collecting vehicles in line with the on-site process.
- Liaising with the line manager on the progress of vehicles through the on-site process.
- Organising vehicles in the yard maximising space and capacity.
- Use time management along with prioritising workload in line with the expectations of the business.
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.

**Whilst our Coalville site is undergoing refurbishment, this role will be based at Wymeswold Airfield, Prestwold Lane LE12 5SH.**

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will have gained experience in a similar job role and will be able to work effectively as part of a team; adapting to any new challenges.

**Minimum criteria**:

- Full UK Driving license
- Able to cope well under pressure and work effectively within a team
- Ability to work in a complex, fast paced operations function.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience of working to deadlines with quality output.
- Previous experience is desirable
