High School diploma or GED equivalent, military experience in tech domain
- Experience in one or more of the following: Microsoft Administration, Linux Administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI)
- Experience of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
- Experience with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP
- Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
- IT experience with client, server, and network service delivery

Key job responsibilities
- Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments.
- Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during operational hours.
- Interact with stakeholders to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT
- Manage project progress, identify risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on track
- Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
- Identify root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes
- Contribute to creation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, project plans and technical specifications
- Ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders
- Manage and maintain tech inventory levels across sites to support launch/maintenance and engage with suppliers/vendors on a regular basis

A day in the life
As a TIE PM, in addition to providing high quality IT support, you will play a key role in supporting our projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and assist in the overall program management experience.

EU Transportation Operations Management (TOM) tech team is a pioneer in introducing technology into Amazon yards. Our tech supports operational teams deliver tens of thousands of products to customers every day. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to take on challenges and foster solutions to the hurdles we face. Together, we take ownership for what we do — whether developing and launching new technology in-house, supporting IT infrastructure or managing inventory.

Coalville, LEC, GBR
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Computer science or IT related field)
- Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory)
- Cisco CCENT certification
- Data center infrastructure and facilities experience
- Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
- Ability to manage high priority projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
