About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our Asset Based Lending team at Leumi UK. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business with clients of integrity, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation is completed in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Build a portfolio of high-quality clients that retain profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with introducers and negotiate with clients regarding fees and security issues.
  • Participate in the take-on and education of new clients, as required.
  • Attend and participate in company training courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as allocated by the Directors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working within the Asset Based Lending/Invoice Finance sector in a new business environment.
  • An established network of key business introducers.
  • A strong understanding of the Asset Based Lending/Invoice Finance sector and the differences between each product.
  • Experience of meeting with and presenting to senior-level personnel both internally and externally.
