Claims Portfolio Manager

Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Motor Claims Handler to join their team in Croydon. As a dedicated Claims Handler, you will oversee the entire claims portfolio for a key client, managing small losses to complex and high-value losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the claims process end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Handle incoming phone calls and post related to claims, advising clients on the claims process.
- Monitor new claims to ensure they are handled within service level agreements.
- Manage associated reports and diaries, maintaining precise records.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Motor Claims Handler, dealing with commercial and/or corporate clients.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to exceptional client service.
