We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Claims Resolution Expert to join our Motor Claims team at AIG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex motor claims from cradle to grave, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Management: Proactively manage a blended portfolio of complex motor claims, ensuring accurate and efficient validation and assessment of coverage, liability, and quantum.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset, achieving cost-effective claim resolutions and minimizing indemnity exposure.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, insureds, external providers, and third-party agents.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date claims file data, maintaining records and registers as required.
- Training and Development: Participate in an extensive training program to develop skills and knowledge in motor claims, technical, legal liabilities, coverage, quantum, legal/regulatory procedure, negotiation, and assessment skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
- Time Management: Effective prioritization of workload, additional duties, and deadlines.
- Proactivity and Teamwork: Ability to work proactively on own and as part of a team, with a strong organizational skillset.
