Job Title: Motor Claims Handler
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our team in Croydon. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing the claims process end to end, including overseeing the entire claims portfolio, managing incoming phone calls and post related to claims, advising clients on the claims process, and accurately recording real-time data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the claims process from start to finish, ensuring that all claims are handled within service level agreements.
- Monitor new claims and manage all associated reports and diaries.
- Ensure precise matching of post and diary entries, and keep the Claims Manager informed of any issues or complaints.
- Adhere to internal standards and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Motor Claims Handler, dealing with commercial and/or corporate clients.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
