Sales Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven salesperson to join our team at BMS Performance as an Area Sales Manager - Tools. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales of industrial fastening tools and consumables to a wide range of manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £13,000 + uncapped commission, paid monthly
