Field Sales Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth for Procter & Gamble products within the Grocery and High Street - Health & Beauty Category.

As a key contact for retail outlets, you'll build strong relationships and leverage your expertise in category trends and data insights to develop impactful strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating with store personnel to create action plans that optimize category sales and market dominance.
  • Educating store staff on new product launches, initiatives, and category trends to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Negotiating increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility and drive consumer purchase decisions.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you'll participate in monthly team meetings to discuss progress and share best practices. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, requiring strong organizational skills and a proven track record of sales success.
