Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at International Process Plants. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with our Senior Sales Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the process industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the process industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the process industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of process-related industries or a strong mechanical background.
  • Proven success in quoting and closing capital equipment sales or similar industry experience.
