Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at International Process Plants. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with Senior Sales Managers to resolve customer inquiries and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to expand equipment sales.
  • Present and sell company products and services to customers at various levels, including engineers and C-suite executives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong phone and negotiation skills, with a focus on financial analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Project, Visio, and CRM tools.
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in process-related industries or a strong mechanical background.
  • Thorough knowledge of how medium and large corporations purchase assets.
  • Proven success in quoting and closing capital equipment sales or similar industry experience.
