About the Role
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our Secure Mental Health Transport and Complex Care services, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth, maintaining key relationships, and ensuring excellence in service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our services in the mental health arena.
- Maintain and build key relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Ensure exceptional service outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to drive commercial growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector, especially the mental health arena.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders, including senior people.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and managing multiple accounts.
