Job Title: Director of Sales and Business Development

Job Summary:

Glen Callum Associates is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and improve results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams
