Business Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue into our venue spaces from corporate clients via incoming enquiries and identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build sales pipeline and contribute to the department's sales strategy
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, including conversion of incoming enquiries for large scale events
  • Provide a bespoke solution to each client to meet their needs
  • Build a network and contacts within the sector and work towards revenue targets to maximise the profitability of accounts
  • Upsell on additional ancillary services for existing confirmed event bookings and report on progress, account development and sales activity
  • Develop sales reports and maintain client records
