Live Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join their team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for generating revenue into the venue spaces from corporate clients via incoming enquiries and identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed event bookings
  • Provide bespoke solutions to meet the needs of each client
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
  • Upsell ancillary services to existing clients
  • Report on sales progress and account development

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in business development. You will have strong commercial acumen and be confident in building strong relationships quickly. Experience in the events or corporate sector is highly desirable.
