About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Jones and Palmer. As a key member of our corporate communications agency, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
    • Proactively manage client needs and work with the team to resolve any account-based issues;
    • Deliver exceptional client service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction;
  • Strategic Account Development
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue;
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns;
  • Project Team Leadership
    • Lead project teams to deliver successful projects and meet client expectations;
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets;
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project delivery;
  • Commercial Responsibility
    • Manage client budgets and financial processes to ensure profitable project delivery;
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities;
    • Work closely with the Commercial Director to establish strategic account development plans;
Requirements
  • Relevant corporate communications/investor relations experience;
  • Experience as an Account Director or similar;
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Drive to continually further knowledge;
  • Annual reports and sustainability reporting experience;
  • Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills;
