Job Overview

St Marks Studio is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Operations Coordinator to assist our Producers with essential administrative tasks. This role involves managing production workflow systems, overseeing supplier relationships, handling budgetary concerns, and facilitating pre-production activities within the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Producers to manage invoicing, supplier payments, and prepare necessary data for budget reconciliations. Partner with the finance team to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting. Support the maintenance of a comprehensive database of production vendors, including designers, set builders, location services, prop makers, artists, technical creators, and crew members. Assist during shoots by creating call sheets and organizing transportation for cast, crew, clients, and agencies. Help Producers with essential production documentation, such as supplier contracts, talent agreements, risk assessments, location permits, child licenses, and additional insurance needs. Aid in preparing presentation materials for both internal and client meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Production Coordinator or Production Secretary role. Highly motivated and collaborative mindset. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proven problem-solving abilities. An intuitive and proactive approach to tasks.
