Administrative Coordinator - Media Production
We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity to become a vital part of a thriving Media Production Agency. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring in-office presence for four days each week.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping all team members informed about health and safety regulations, ensuring adequate representation for first aid and fire safety.
  • Maintaining the presentation and functionality of the office and meeting spaces, promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Coordinating with contractors for necessary building maintenance and improvements.
  • Serving as the primary contact for IT support, managing relationships with tech support personnel, and supervising the technological setup of the office.
  • Ensuring that the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate office events and activities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a media or creative organization. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, is essential.

This position is temporary, with a competitive hourly rate.
