About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to join our high-performing Amazon team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering the Amazon budget across our EMEA region, working closely with the VP Amazon EMEA and Marketing Director Amazon EMEA to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales team to drive commercial growth and profitability across our EMEA region.
  • Develop and implement account-specific plans and promotions in line with our regional marketing strategies.
  • Lead the internal sales team for all category launches, building sales plans, working with media teams on activation planning, and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Own the day-to-day commercial trading relationship, supporting account managers to drive resolutions and ensure every product delivers on a daily basis.
  • Support the NAMs to build a co-op plan across the Amazon estate, leveraging our strengths to deliver activation goals.
  • Build a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds sales and margin targets.
  • Be the go-to person in the sales team for all things SharkNinja.
  • Pull together impactful, action-driven reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Manage the weekly prior week sales review and produce an action log and buyer feedback.
  • Manage the monthly consensus process with commercial finance, ensuring forecast accuracy by SKU by retailer is delivered in line with business targets.
  • Work within agreed promotional plans (SOA) to ensure sales and margin targets are met, making suggestions where necessary to drive market share.
  • Always negotiate winning scenarios for both SharkNinja and Amazon.
  • Deliver SharkNinja market share goals.
