SharkNinja is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Amazon Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts across the EMEA region.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and establishing SharkNinja as a leading brand on the Amazon platform.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share objectives within the EMEA region.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with Amazon and key retailers to maximize profitability and drive business expansion.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the consumer goods industry, with a strong focus on e-commerce channels.
  • Deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including its policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
