Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Smart Security and Connectivity team, you will be responsible for driving online sales and marketing initiatives for our Blink security devices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Blink business towards its full year sales goals in the Amazon online channel.
  2. Help to plan and execute a full year promotional plan.
  3. Manage forecasting for Blink products to ensure adequate supply.
  4. Optimize key discoverability inputs (e.g. SEO).
  5. Report on business performance on a weekly basis to senior leadership.
  6. Work with internal teams to develop merchandising and testing plans.
About the Role

In this highly visible role, you will manage online sales and marketing levers for Blink products, working closely with global and local sales, partner teams, site merchandising, and advertising teams across Amazon to ensure the business reaches its maximum potential.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with online marketing experience, analytical skills, and the ability to drive demand for a business or category. You must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed.
