About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to join our high-performing Amazon team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering the Amazon budget across our EMEA region, working closely with the VP Amazon EMEA and Marketing Director Amazon EMEA to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales team to drive commercial trading relationships, ensuring daily resolutions and product delivery.
  • Support the National Account Managers (NAMs) in building a cooperative plan across the Amazon estate, leveraging Amazon's strengths to achieve activation goals.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Be the go-to person in the sales team for all things SharkNinja, providing expertise and guidance.
  • Produce impactful, action-driven reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Manage the weekly prior week sales review, producing an action log and buyer feedback.
  • Lead the monthly consensus process with commercial finance, ensuring forecast accuracy by SKU by retailer aligns with business targets.
  • Work within agreed promotional plans (SOA) to ensure sales and margin targets are met, suggesting improvements to drive market share.
  • Negotiate winning scenarios for both SharkNinja and Amazon.
  • Deliver SharkNinja market share goals.
