Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive finance strategy across the global account, partnering closely with the client to evaluate and determine key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Alliance Director, local Finance and Leadership teams, Global Stakeholders, and act as a strategic partner for these key stakeholders.
  • Drive high-quality financial and commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments on service lines across the account and ensure alignment and consistency with global contract management practices.
  • Tightly manage contract governance, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the terms and conditions of the contract to ensure that all cost elements are appropriately accounted for.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality client relationships across the global scope.
  • Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure client and GWS financial savings targets are maximized on a global scale.
  • Deliver GWS and client monthly actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Drive the client annual budget cycle across countries, showing understanding of key cost drivers and serving as a single point of contact for all key financial communications.
  • Manage the integrity of data in client and internal reporting.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a global organization and a readiness for a new career move.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, both internal and external, and experience with stakeholder management.
  • Highly numerate with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with changing demands, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Organized and open to new ways of working to challenge inefficiencies and secure continuous improvements.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and flexible team player, able to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people.
