Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Resolve Customer Queries: Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, including account queries and warranties.
  3. Schedule Orders and Quote Units: Schedule orders as required, quote units, and liaise with the Commercial Manager to highlight any prioritization issues that need to be resolved with the wider Ramsgate Customer Support Team.
  4. Facilitate Technical Issue Resolution: Work with workshops and customers to resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Provide OTD Score Information: Provide information on OTD (On-Time Delivery) scores as required on a weekly basis.
  6. Maintain Gross Margin: Ensure that gross margin for assigned customer accounts is maintained.
  7. Communicate Customer Status Reports: Communicate customer status reports for assigned accounts that require these.
