We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Advisor in Walsall. As a key member of our high street branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diary to optimize sales and service appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase clinic performance and drive revenue.
  • Personalize welcome calls to maximize attendance and promote add-on products where applicable.
  • Collaborate with audiologists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer care.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising, promotional campaigns, and store appearance, adhering to Amplifon guidelines and standards.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Sales skills, with the ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
  • Proactive mindset, with a willingness to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
