Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Boundary Mill. As a Coffee Shop Team Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating a cash register.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store objectives, suggesting ideas to improve customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a cash register.
