About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director - Groups to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the groups and meetings, incentives, and conferences (MICE) segments.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in the MICE sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute integrated sales strategies.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and growth targets.
