Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Sales Team Manager to join our team at Nesta Consulting Ltd. As a Group Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales consultants: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Work with the Group Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build relationships with clients: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet the needs of clients.
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • Leadership and coaching skills: Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales consultants.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong knowledge of the consulting industry, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices.
