Activity Camp Group Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to oversee a group of children during our exciting activity day camps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage with a group of children, leading games and activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout the camp.
  • Facilitate various activities including sports, arts and crafts, and outdoor games.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be at least 17 years of age.
  • Available to work during school holiday periods.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the role.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Understanding of child safeguarding principles (training will be provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a camp or childcare setting.
  • Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2, 3, PGCE).
  • Paediatric first aid certification.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references.
