Activity Camp Group Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to oversee a group of children at our Activity Day Camp. This role is perfect for those looking for a rewarding holiday position that combines fun and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage a group of children in various activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
  • Initiate and facilitate games and activities such as archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, and arts & crafts.
  • Ensure the welfare needs of all children are met throughout the camp experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must be at least 17 years of age.
  • Available to work during school holidays.
  • Must be a UK/EU citizen with valid right to work documentation.
  • Possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Awareness of child safeguarding principles (training will be provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a camp or childcare setting.
  • Relevant qualifications in childcare (Level 2, 3, PGCE).
  • Paediatric first aid certification.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references. Legal eligibility to live and work in the UK is necessary for consideration.
