Job Title: Group Leader - Activity Day Camps

Barracudas Activity Day Camps is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of children in a fun and safe environment, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a group of children in a variety of activities, including games, crafts, and outdoor pursuits.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children in your care.
  • Develop and implement engaging and interactive activities that promote learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in a group setting.
  • Ability to lead and manage a group of children in a fun and engaging way.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
