Activity Camp Group Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to oversee a group of children during our activity day camp. This role involves engaging children in various fun and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a group of children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Organize and lead activities such as sports, arts and crafts, and games.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with children and parents regarding activities and welfare.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Available to work during school holidays.
  • UK/EU citizenship with valid right to work documentation.
  • Energetic and passionate about working with children.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Understanding of child safeguarding practices (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a camp or childcare setting.
  • Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2, 3, PGCE).
  • Paediatric first aid certification.
