HR Support Specialist

Position Summary

This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional human resources administration, guidance, and assistance. The role focuses on providing a responsive and client-oriented service to the organization.

Required Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in HR administration or similar roles, along with relevant training or work experience.

Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with employment legislation is essential. Proficiency in utilizing internal IT systems as per training is required. Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are mandatory. Previous experience with Oracle and Time & Attendance systems is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

A CIPD Level 3 qualification is preferred.
