Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders, maintain accuracy, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate product lists, update systems, and manage critical deadlines.
  • Oversee the department's critical path, working closely with Buyers to ensure delivery dates.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including invoicing, product data management, and post and parcel management.
  • Manage department samples, including sample storage, requests, and feedback.
  • Support fit sessions, share comments with suppliers, and maintain relationships.
  • Assist in preparing for range meetings, including sample pulling and document organization.
  • Support Junior Buyers with approvals, product storage, and submissions.
  • Conduct market research, provide feedback, and develop knowledge of the current market.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and participate in in-store visits.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Buying Admin role or equivalent (placement year or internship experience considered).
  • Passion for gaining experience and developing a career in Buying.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Proactive, hard-working, and excellent at building relationships.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
