  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on buying activities and financial outcomes to our senior management team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in buying, with at least 5 years in a senior buying role within the premium menswear industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of the premium fashion market, tailoring processes, and high-end fabrics and materials, proven track record of developing and executing successful buying strategies, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and financial acumen, ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
