About You

We are seeking a dedicated Buying Administrative Coordinator with at least one year of experience in fashion buying, ready to advance their career within our vibrant and fast-paced buying team.

Nobody's Child is a nimble and enthusiastically managed organization. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, a natural collaborator, and possess outstanding communication skills, embodying our brand values in every aspect of their work.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing and updating the critical path for the department, providing feedback to the Assistant Buyer during weekly meetings.
  • Accurate order processing for our own brand and wholesale partners, assisting the buying team with administrative tasks and meeting preparations.
  • Weekly updates to the fit list and notifying the Assistant Buyer of seal deadlines and other critical path timelines.
  • Establishing and nurturing supplier relationships at the Buying Administrative Assistant level.
  • Managing samples by organizing them for e-commerce, campaigns, and content shoots.
  • Preparing samples for meetings.
  • Creating shoot lists to ensure all products are photographed and coordinating with the e-commerce team for timely product launches.
  • General administrative duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience at a Buying Administrative Assistant level within a fashion retail environment.
  • Familiarity with garment critical paths.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail concerning products, processes, and systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
