About the Role

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Administration Apprentice. This dynamic and varied office-based role plays a crucial part in the smooth operation of the Ambulance service in Wiltshire.

Main Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and confidential online filing systems and data input for all records generated within the County, ensuring compliance with legislation and data protection policy.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and book meetings, create agendas, and support the distribution of relevant meeting papers under the supervision of the Administration team.
  • Office Operations: Undertake scanning, photocopying, shredding, and general office duties essential for the smooth running of the ambulance service.
  • Personal Development: Work with the County Business Manager to identify and develop own learning needs, participate in and support personal development.
