About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Apprentice to join our team at South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administration Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential online filing systems and data input for all records generated within the Trust.
  • Organize and book meetings, create agendas, and support the distribution of meeting papers under the supervision of the Administration team.
  • Undertake scanning, photocopying, shredding, and general office duties to ensure the efficient operation of the Trust.
  • Work with the County Business Manager to identify and develop your own learning needs, participate in, and support personal development.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a successful acceptance onto a Level 2 or Level 3 administration apprenticeship standard with an approved provider. You should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, be enthusiastic and motivated, and have the ability to organize and use your own initiative.
