About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administration Assistant to join our busy Community Team office based in Chippenham Hospital. This is a varied role that will include general day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing referrals into the team and responding to enquiries from patients, hospitals, and GP practices
  • Ordering, stock management, maintaining and updating files and spreadsheets
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical team

Requirements

  • Excellent time management and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience of using SystmOne electronic patient record system desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
