Job Title: Group HR Technology Change Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group HR Technology Change Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and overseeing the people impacts for the transformation of the Technology Function across Legal & General.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the Group Functions HR Director, Group CTO, Technology Transformation Director, and other workstream leads to develop and deliver a robust and effective organization model.
  2. Act as a thought partner to the Group Functions HR Director, Group CTO, and Technology Transformation Director to ensure that people-related change plans and actions are executed on time, to budget, and to a high quality, challenging stakeholders where required.
  3. Partner with the Technology workstream leads to ensure that cultural impacts of transformation are fully understood and built into the transformation across all stages.
  4. Brief the Group Functions HRD, Group CTO, and Technology Transformation Director on any people risks and transformation dependencies.
  5. Drive forward change at an organizational level and support implementation plans ranging from new operating models, new organization structures, and the design and delivery of training and capability build programs.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as an HR Director or Senior HRBP driving forward complex change programs.
  2. Excellent knowledge of best practice transformation methodologies.
  3. Experience of successfully delivering large-scale HR projects and change programs, including technology implementation and process redesign.
  4. Highly effective understanding of project and planning methodologies.
  5. HR/Change experience of technology functions would be advantageous.
  6. Ability to work with confidence in a high-paced environment and switch between different and evolving projects.
