HRIS Change Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Change Management Lead to join our team at Frazer Jones. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition to our new HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the HRIS Change Network to facilitate communication and engagement across the organization.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to support the deployment of our new HRIS system.
  • Foster strong relationships with the business and implementation partner to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expertise in business readiness from project initiation to post-implementation.
  • Upskill the project team and HR team on best practice change management methods.
  • Support the design and development of training and adoption materials.
  • Lead business readiness activities for go-live, aligning with technology workstream readiness.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience leading change management in global digital projects, preferably HRIS/SuccessFactors.
  • Change Management Certification.
  • Proficiency in best practice change management methodologies.
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills across multiple workstreams.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.

This is a permanent position, pro-rated to £80,000 for a 4-day working week part-time. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
