Job Title: Change Management Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Project Manager looking for a new challenge in Change Management? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team at Txm Recruit Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Change Management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing changes across our Rail projects, ensuring effective identification and management of all significant changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a robust Change Management process, ensuring consistency with our WBS approach.
  2. Manage change proposals through the change process, from initial proposal to implementation.
  3. Facilitate and chair Change Control Boards and Reviews, ensuring effective decision-making and documentation.
  4. Provide advice, tools, and methodologies to support the successful management of change.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the change process.
  6. Develop and maintain KPIs to track the status of change across the project.
  7. Support the implementation and deployment of required processes and procedures in accordance with direction from the Project Management Office.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Change Management, with a strong background in Rail projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and tools.
