Job Title: Change Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Project Manager to lead our multi-department transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating people, process, and system changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective feedback mechanisms to ensure a consultative and partnership approach to change.
  • Create communication plans to engage stakeholders and build a constant and differentiated dialogue.
  • Champion the needs and views of key stakeholders involved in the development of new processes, facilities, or technologies.
  • Identify interdependencies between projects and other change initiatives to ensure timely interventions and mitigations.
  • Design, lead, and document engagement processes and develop a change toolkit for use across relevant projects.
  • Promote and develop sound change management practices and capacity across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in change management and project leadership.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational change.
