Commercial Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Change Manager to join our team on the HS2 London Tunnels contract. As a key member of the Optioneering, Mitigation and Change (OMC) team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing commercial procedures to ensure compliance with company and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial reporting associated with change management
  • Development, management, and reporting of project metrics
  • Liaison and negotiation with the Customer's commercial and/or project team
  • Assisting the Area and Core Commercial managers with the implementation of commercial procedures and reporting
  • Ensure appropriate commercial records are maintained in line with the contract requirements
  • Manage and lead relevant Risk Reduction meetings
  • Manage and lead OMC Change Management meetings
  • Investigate and draft contract communications including General notices
  • Provide contractual and commercial risk advice to the commercial team
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified or equivalent in construction commercial management
  • Experience in working on complex building, civils works or MEP Works
  • Claims and dispute resolution working experience
  • Good presentation and Excel skills
  • Ability to motivate others and provide training where necessary
