About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer/Telephony Specialist to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including photocopying, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
