We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, working closely with them to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating sales meetings.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with sales-related tasks, such as preparing presentations, creating sales reports, and monitoring sales activities.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other administrative systems.

Requirements:
