About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a new and exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Office Administrator, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
- Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, serving refreshments, and handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Assist with system updates, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the organisation of events and meetings.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Recent experience of working in an office environment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Competent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work on your own initiative, and be proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with an awareness of GDPR and its application in the workplace.
What We Offer
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £22,500 to £24,000, depending on your experience. You will be joining a collaborative team, working Monday to Friday, 100% office-based with on-site parking.
