About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional front-of-house reception services, including greeting visitors and serving refreshments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, handle calls, receive deliveries, and scan documents.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, reordering items as necessary.
  • Update client contacts database with system updates.
  • Prepare client forms, including electronic verification.
  • Prepare engagement letters.
  • Bind hard copy documents, photocopy, and support with organizing group events.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Recent experience working in an office environment, including front-of-house reception work.
  • Competent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Work experience in the professional services sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and be proactive.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and awareness of GDPR and its application in the workplace.
What We Offer

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £22,500 to £24,000, depending on your experience. You will join a collaborative team, working Monday to Friday, 100% office-based with on-site parking.
