We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff, both in person and via telephone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, handle calls, receive deliveries, and scan documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, reordering items as necessary to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Update client contacts database with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare client forms, including electronic verification, and engagement letters with a high level of accuracy.
- Bind hard copy documents, photocopy, and support with organizing group events.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Recent experience working in an office environment, including front-of-house reception work.
- Competent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Work experience in the professional services sector is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and be proactive.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with an awareness of GDPR and its application in the workplace.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £22,500 to £24,000, depending on your experience, and the opportunity to join a collaborative team in a 100% office-based role with on-site parking.
