Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer/Telephony Specialist to join our team at Brook Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer and direct calls to the appropriate team members
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documents
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and presentations
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
