Position Overview:
Our esteemed client, Brook Street, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. This role is integral to the operations of the HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), an agency under the Ministry of Justice, which plays a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the legal framework across England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Managing telephonic communications for various county courts, particularly those related to family matters.
2. Responding to inquiries regarding court hearing schedules.
3. Preparing documentation and files for court sessions, tribunals, and meetings.
4. Generating court and tribunal paperwork.
5. Conducting general photocopying and filing duties.
6. Updating and maintaining records within the internal computer system.
7. Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
8. Organizing and preparing meeting spaces, as well as supporting training sessions and group activities.
9. Compiling and assembling necessary information.
10. Verifying and checking documents and records.
11. Assisting with casework processing.

Work Environment:
This position operates on a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office and two days of remote work. However, the selected candidate will need to attend the office for initial training.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong resilience and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to additional responsibilities as directed by management.
- Flexibility and a keen attention to detail.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is £11.88, with additional benefits including holiday entitlement and a pension scheme.
